hi,
myself sandeep chaubey my idea no.is 9990507560.for the past two days rs 5 has been deducted from my account.i complained to customer care but no avail.customer care executive are not competent enough to tell me the reason.i have been using the services of idea for the past 4 years. kindly resolve my complaint and refund my balance.
