Micromax A60 Complaints - Worst Customer Service in World

Hi My Name is Ravindra, I bought Micromax A60 Mobile After a month I got a touchpad problem with a handset which is
a very minor replacable problem, My Job Card Number is 9517 Ovez Communication Richmond Circle
When I checked for the service centre I came to know that there is only a Single Service Centre for entire bangalore
& its in Richmond Circle with One executive in Entire 20"X15" Feet Authorise Service Centre, & The Executive hardly
has an technical Knowledge about the mobile problems, The Customer has to explain the Each & Every problem Regarding
the Problem with in the handset, and its an multi branded store for Sony Ericsson & Micromax, Once the Sony Ericsson
Customer Arrives the store the other customer has to wait till the 1st customers problem is resolved.
Once I handed over my handset for warranty service on 20th of March 2012, I got a reply that it will get cleared on
26th of March 2012, When i called up the Customer Care Executive I got a reply that "he doesn't know when it is goin
to be repaired & you will get the call from customer care once it got repaired" How Meaningfull Answer Right
And now I have been insisted that there is shortage of Spare part and i m going to get my handset repaired on 06th
of April 2012,
However it is a regular & Common problem the customer face with touchscree mobile is "touchpad problem", Once the
Authorised service centres fail to resolve this basic problems, then how can they go with higher problems
Its shame to be called as Authorised Service Centre
& I Assist every body to think before you go for Micromax Products
