Dear Sir,
This was a visit for your Pune showroom located at wakadewadi by the name PRATHAM MOTORS to see cbz bike as costumer at 4.00pm on Saturday.
1st of all i enter the showroom with no welcome.I see in the showroom for the display of the CBZ bike which is seen no where. Then I go to the reception n ask to see cbz bike with functions & brouchers. No details are taken & the lady tell me to go down stairs to see the bike. I go downstairs I see 2 persons chatting on a tabel. I ask them to show me the cbz bike again they pass me to the boy who is very young or most probably a office boy by the looks he takes me to the service station area where 1 boy is policing the bike & number of servel bikes are lineup & tells me to see the bike which is being parked in between those bike by my self & moves away by saying that you see the showroom executive for further details.
Hence going through n fro I again come back at reception n ask for the sales manager or sales representative n ask the lady at recetion that m i here to see the showroom or some park area to roam here. then a executive comes & tells me that i m the sales manager Name Kiran Mobile no. +919960100536. He tell me that there is no showroom in charge nor the sales head nor the owner of the showroom who can take responsible also tell some officer is on tour & out of INDIA Name Patrikar Mobile no.+919960100531.I try to call but the no. is switch off .
I wounder if this is the position just to see the bike what will be the service at the time of booking, sales & after sales.
So to my surprise I would like to bring you this thing in your notice & see if you can take any action on this full incident which has happened at your showroom in your absence.
Hoping you will do something, to achive good quality sales on behave of HERO MOTORCROP & PLEASE SEE THE PAIN WHICH I HAVE TAKEN TO BRING THE WHOLE INCIDENT IN LIGHT.
