Delay in service
I purchased a Samsung Laptop Samsung R-439 .It has been Pandora's box ever since slow from the start now started to show a line in the center of the screen .Gave the laptop for servicing at Durga Communications SCO 23 1st floor Sec 18-D Chandigarh 160018 .The date it was submitted for a replacement of display and hard drive was 30-07-11 .I was promised that the parts will be replaced as it is under warranty till 16 Sept 2011 in 4-5 days .Today is the 23-08-2011 , i don't know when would i get it back .I had extremely important work as i am a student ,which is suffering due to this delay .Samsung laptop service is very bad ,i would never recommend it to any one ever.
Please guide me to the right direction so that someone can help getting my laptop serviced or it might just keep sitting at the authorized service centre for ever waiting for it's replacement parts ....
