I bought a mobile phone in jan 2012 on behalf of naaptol through order no. 3239708 named Parmod Kumar. from the time to purchase i continuously trying to run internet on this mobile but always failed. many time i have complained to you and mobile company but i don't get any solution yet. manufacturer suggest me to call my cellular (tata docomo, vodafone and airtel) but they told me that they have not internet setting for this mobile instrument. then after the telephone discussion with manufacturer and you also i sent this mobile to manufacturer through courier for setting of internet but after getting the mobile i checked that i was in same position at the time of sending.
you should consider it's a complaints against you not manufacturer coz i purchased this mobile after seen it on your responsible website when you were showing the amazing features of this instrument so i believed you and placed order. its your legal and moral duty to pay the features which you are presenting on your website and its your duty to solve the problem of customer who is facing after getting goods through your website.
tell me the solution ASAP otherwise i have to go for legal help.
