Star cj alive Complaints - Refund from Star cj alive for the damaged Inalsa food processor

I ordered a inalsa food processor on starcj alive on the 09th august 2011 my order no.is 20110809020083 and I paid the amount of rs. 3595/- By cash on delivery which I received almost after 10 day of my order. When I opened the same, the jar was broken I complained about the same and almost after another week’s time I received the replacement of the product and again the jar was broken. Since that time which was 18th august 2011 I have been chasing them for the refund and nothing is been done about the same. There customer servise is quite inefficent in giving any solutions there supervisors never come on phone and I seriusly dont know what to do now as my money is stuck for more than 1 and a half month. Its really been a harrasment for me as nobody gives me the clear picture that when somebody will come and pick it up from my place and give me my money back. Kindly help me getting the money back from then.
