SULEKHA Very poor customer service.

I got call from Ms. Tharanaya (SULEKHA) on 21st April 2011 around 5 PM. They giving 1 year subscription only 3000 + tax = 3309/-. Normally this offer only for 6 month. only today you can avail this offer.
Finally I said ok.
In same day she send person to fill the foam and take the impression of my CREDIT CARD.
After made the payment they not revert about any updates. I had keep follow-up with Ms. Tharanaya .
Then finally 6th of June 2011 Ms. Tharanaya confirmed that they can give 1 year subscription. For this confirmation they took 3 month from April to June. And also she confirmed I will get full amount Rs.3309/-.
Till now I have not got any chq from sulekha.
My credit card swiped on 21/04/2011, today 4/08/2011 till no proper response.
Kindly request you to get my full amount from sulekha.
Only my mobile bill got increased. I have given below which ever landline number I have communicated.
