Hi this is Mukinthan, who joined the company cegonsoft pvt ltd on 4th August 2010 as business development in their jayanagar, Bangalore branch. Because the way how they treat the employees I have decided to quit the company on 1st April 2011, even the company has accepted my resignation and relieved me from their roles. I have received my settlement through cheque dated 31st May 2011.
When i inquired about my PF settlement, they informed me that only after 60 days i can claim it. Meanwhile i have joined another organization and used to call cegonsoft hr department twice in a week but they used to tell me the accounts manager Mr. Vinayak is not available and will inform to call you once when he come. But after few day some how I will speak to him but next time when I him from the same number he will not pick the call. So in the month of August 2011 i have submitted my PF transfer form with PF department but got rejected stating there is no updated pf details received from the company. So immediately I call the company and spoke to the Hr executive wherein I was shocked in his reply after the discussion with his accounts manager that my PF details will be processed only during the month end that is by 31st March 2012.
So what the accounts department were doing for the past 1 year and where did my PF amount go which was deducted from my salary. Please help regarding the same.
I have never seen such a horrible company in my life. They just recruit employees and chuck them out by recruiting one more for time being. When I worked there with them I was reported to 6 different managers in 8 months duration itself.
