I have got admission in B.Ed in Krishna Colloge , Bijnor through admission test organised by Lucknow University for which fees of Rs.30500 approx. is being deposited by me in University account. I got the admission letter , with which I have to report in the college and take the admission in 7 days. But the school management is asking for a sum of Rs.35000 as a black money [ they will not give any receipt for this extra money ]. They are saying that our college fees for B.Ed is Rs.65000 and we are asking you for that balance amount.
