Dear Sir, I had placed an order for 4 Nos. Laundry Power hanger (Order No. 2011-11-15-019945) on Nov 15 2011 and payment made thru net banking. After 5 days Gati Courier brought one box containing one piece of hanger and a printout saying Qty. 4 Nos. and total payment of Rs. 7996/- @ Rs 1999/- per piece. All the shopping malls have started charging 2/-,5/-, 7/-, 10/- to given polythene carry bags after purchase.When you go to the payment counter to pay for the purchase they will ask for carry bag required or not, if the customer is not carrying his/her own bag they charge above amounts from the customer to provide carry bags.This is rediculous.If we ask for why they are charging they say its government rule not to give polythene bags and if they will give carry bags they will charge for it.I...
