I bought uniforms from Image solutions Torrance.
2 days of wearing them to normal work, they started showing signs of wear and tear.
The sweater was originally priced at Rs. 2000, but after discount cost me Rs. 1599.
When I went back to this company, I was very disappointed by the way the manager Tom Wilkinson behaved and dealt with me. He said I cannot return this uniforms and neither can he exchange it for me. I can't believe first of all such a reputable brand like this company can produce such faulty products and secondly it can hire such rude and blunt people as the store managers.
This company is rude and doesn't have any respect for the customer.
