After legally closing my account with Leaders when my contract of 3 years was up on 3/10/12; we are still being charged illegally for pc fees for a free terminal and dormancy fees for a now non-existent account with these Crooks of all time.

I will not even go int all the ripoff they perpetrated on my company for 3 years with undisclosed fees, one-time security fee never in any fine print for 300.00 not to mention a 4.00 charge for a an antiquated terminal quoted by the sales rep to be FREE totally free.

But the fact of the matter is even after legal closure; there still is no closure for my company because they still keep debiting my dda account for illegal and bogus fees.

Called four times, after cancellation they stated that as of 4/1/12 I would never see another fee from them.

Utter liars, they have now debited my account for 10.95 for april and may and dormancy fees of 7.00.

Why does the FTC not get involved. The State of California should shut down their doors.
