Fetise Retail Pvt Ltd Complaints - I have not received the order which I had placed online. (ID # 9332)

I had placed an online reques for V-LITE KASHMIR SHOESX 1 on www.fetise.com . This order was placed on 12-07-2011 and order no was 15798 but till date i have not received my order.
Whenever i check the status it is showing as "Processing", marked couple of mail regarding the status but no updated. Also tried to contact on 02265881136 / 02232234279 n number of times but no response.
When check on net for the review of this website fount many similar complaints. I feel that such wesites should be blocked so that other may not face such situation in future.
