my laptop is not working properly i am facing the following complaints:
1. i have not proper battery backup
2. my system is turnoff automatically during working.
3. when i work in c language then it's screen become black automatically.
4.i have no seal on my laptop so i am confused if i purchage a duplicate/old laptop
