Sir i want my fee refund from the institution named as HALCYON MARINE SERVICES PVT. Ltd. New Delhi.. It gives training for Merchant Navy. Who takes Rs 125000 for 3 month course of GENERAL PURPOSE RATING, and for complete documents and placement. I have completed my course in DECEMBER 2010. But till date i did not receive any certificate or document. The director of the institution always says.. Next week next week....even the institute is not recognised from anywhere. They shows us fake documents of certification and lots of commitment for our bright career. I requested them lots of time to provide me document but they refuse.
sir pls guide me what to do for my fee refund...

This complaint is completely false.
This person is trying to take out personal grudges by saying all these things.
The company has a reputed name all over.

All the documents have been issued to all the candidates and even to Ravinder deopa( the person complaining)which includes STCW-95 certificated (D.G.APPROVED), Panama continous discharge certificate (CDC) and many more.

I am really happy with the services provided to me and the above complaint is completely baseless.
I request all you people to ignore this complaint as i have personal experience with the respective institution and i am completely satisfied with the services provided to me.
