Dear sir ,
my name is sahil aggarwal , resident of house no. 16 ,deepali, pitampura ,delhi-34. Recently I have made a purchase from shoppingmantra.Com. And on day of product delievery I found that the weighing machine (which I have ordered from the website) is not working and is not the same as shown in the figure.I have the complaint on very that day about the product and they said to send the weighing machine to their address.I have send the machine and it is more than two weeks that they got me no confirmation about the machine and details about that ,they are not responding at all. Please help me. I would be very greatful to you. I am providing some information about the product below

And also shipment information

professional couriers network ltd. Consignment note number del200905075* dated 27-04-2012.

I have send the machine on this date.

Please help me .I will be very thankful to you and if possible please refund my money.And if not , then please tell them to return the weighing machine as soon as possible.
