I PURCHASED A DELL AERO HANDSET (IMEI : 354773040037438 ) ON 1 JULY2011 FROM JAIPUR

AFTER 1 MONTH OF USING THE HANDSET I STARTED EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH SCREENTOUCH.

GRADUALLY THE WHOLE SCREEN WS NONRESPONSIVE.
APPROACHED DELL SERVICE CENTRE,CRYSTAL PALM, JAIPUR.

ON 31 AUG, MY COMPLAINT WASN\\\'T REGISTERED. I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD COME 2 DAYS LATER AND MY HANDSET WILL BE REPLACED.

ON 2 SEP, I CALLED SERVICE CENTRE TO CONFIRM ABOUT THE NEW HANDSET. THEY ASKED ME TO COME TO SERVICE CENTRE,SO THAT \\\"THEY CAN HAVE A LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM BEFORE REPLACEMENT\\\"

ON 5 SEP, MY HANDSET WAS DEPOSITED WITH SERVICE CENTRE ,AFTER BEING MADE SURE THAT IT WOULD BE REPLACED WITHIN 4 5 DAYS.

NOW AFTER 10 DAYS AND REPEATED CALLING TO SERVICE CENTRE , THEY TELL ME IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 15 20 DAYS.
NOW I AM LEFT TO FACE THE AGONY OF A SORRY,UNSATISFIED DELL CUSTOMER

THE FACT THAT THIS HAS CAUSED ME A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE. WITH NO MORE PATIENCE FROM MY SIDE AND
POOR SERVICE FACILITY AND CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL FROM DELL.
I AM LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO TAKE A LEGAL COURSE OF ACTION AGAINST SERVICE CENTRE,JAIPUR AND DELL.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
