I booked a flat in Ackruti(now name changed to Hub Town) Countyrwoods,Pune on 31/5/2009.Orally we were told that the flat would be completed by 31/12/2009.The time mentioned in registration deed is 31/12/2010.The flat is not completed by now(8/4/2011).The builder is again extending the date by 6 months.I have already paid more than 80% of payment.Irequest potential flat buyers please do not book flat in Hub Town;As the builder is not known to complete the project in time.
