I have four different orders that were placed back on July 16 and have never shipped. The promised shipping was 7 to 14 days. Zulily is notorious for long long shipping times. The also will not contact you when an order does not ship on time. You have to keep track of what your orders were, and constantly email them before you will get a response. I had to send three emails about one order before I finally got a response. The responses are all generic, and always say the same thing basically....

This the worst host provider I have ever seen. Stay away. My site continuously kept loosing connection with mysql. 4-8 times a day and would not reconnect until I contacted support to have them restart the mysql service. I have an ecommerce account, so not one of their cheap packages. There is no telling how many times it went down that I didn't catch, or how long it was down until I did catch it down. 99% uptime is a joke with this company. They charge money for domain I never use. Half year ago I had tried they offer for one month free domain. But it was absolutely not workable and I did not touch it anymore. They had forced to pay through NCO $89.97 and $18.85 on 07/27/2012. now they bill again $89.97.

I bought two HP Pavilion desktops at BestBuy in Jauary. The PCs come with a one-year warranty. I decided to extend the warranty for an extra year.
