They installed my Uverse service on Wed evening hooked up by 6pm the installer left everything working well, two hours later I would lose the signal for 10 or 15 minutes then it would come back on. This happened every hour. called in a Service call and they came out thursday evening. all morning thursday before the technician came i would lose tv signal two to three times an hour for at least ten minutes each time. The worker came worked on it said it was fixed left, 30 minutes later another...

I have booked a LCD (AKAI 32A20 LCD TV) on 12th August, 2011 at Big Bazaar for Rs 15690. Whole amount was paid in cash on the spot at 21:46:27 vide cash memo # T33/4652, cashier name Mr. Guru. As epr, the employees over there theyhave confirmed that I will get the delivery within 15 days i.e. uptil 27th August, 2011. But when I din't got the delivery till 31st, I contacted them. So they said that i will get it by 2nd September. But after visiting thrice they siad that delivery is postponed...

I have now contacted Trading Standards with regards to this claim. I have severel emails from the seller. None of any significance to a refund for fake imports. I do notice now on thier website they have updated the wordings making clear they are non UK. Shame they didnt do this in the first place as if you google 7entertainment scam seems there are people like me being ripped off by these people !!! Unfortuantely even though i paid through my paypal account they do not insure for fake...

New Vizio 32" given to us Christmas of 2010. 3 months later TV started shutting itself off. Now, September and still no TV. Cannot be repaired. The small signal panel is corrupted and cannot be replaced.

I bought Samsung LED Smart TV: UA40d600wrmxl s/no: 201532eb7000310 on weekends of 15 th of august with scheme of free cordless 3d sound system which is still not deliver. The dealer Samsung Plaza 4, Basant Lok Vasant Vihar New Delhi 57 promised that the 3d sound system panel with cordless woofer will be deliver from company only, got delivery of TV on same day. It's almost a month now, and last week when I reminded the dealer again promised to be deliver before Monday but still waiting...
