Tvam Luxury Spa Complaints - Cheating
Company Name : Tvam Luxury Spa - View All Tvam Luxury Spa Complaints
I purchased 4 vouchers from deals and you for Tvam the Luxury Spa worth Rs 749/- each Totalling to Rs 3000/-.
The vouchers details are as follows:

2. 946UOAL8OV. Voucher 1& 2 were purchased on 3rd Oct, 2010

4.DXAEQVMOKF. Voucher 3&4 were purchased on 2nd Oct,2010
The vouchers clearly mention Get a haircut, Swedish massage, foot reflexology & hair & skin analysis for only Rs 749 at Tvam Da Luxury Lounge!.
I called Tvam several times on Friday 28th Jan, 2011 for appointment. Every time I was told to call back later. I called on Saturday 29th Jan, 2011 and finally I got
through to Sonali, who I was told handles the appointments and I gave her all the information about the four Deals and you vouchers. She gave an appointment
for my mom Deepa Jain for 4pm on Saturday, 29 Jan & Appointment for 2 people i.e Anik Gupta & Archana Gupta for 30th Jan at 7pm. I told her I wanted to use the fourth voucher for
myself on 31st Jan Monday and also told her the validity is till 31st Jan. I was told that Monday the spa is not working so my voucher cannot be used. I asked her if I could use
the voucher on Tuesday 1st Feb,2011 she flatly refused. The validity should end on the day the spa is working and not on the day the spa is not operational.
My mom went for the appointment as per schedule at 4pm on 29 Jan, Sat. I called her up at 4.30 pm and she had just left the spa. She was given only the Foot Massage
and told that the services were over. I told her to go back and get the other services aswell. She went back and since she had a copy of the voucher she argued and they
reluctantly gave her the Swedish Massage and haircut after making her wait for half an hour. She was not given the Hair & Skin analysis and was told that the concerned person
had left.
The other appointment was for two people Anik & Archana Gupta on 30th Jan, 2011 at 7pm. The were only given foot massages and hair cut and when they asked for the other remaining services
they were flatly refused and were told that the concerned persons of the other services had left. They were denied the other two services.
