I bought a blackberry storm in june 2012 from their online shopping portal, the handset was faulty, I repeatedly sent them emails as well as phone calls to their complaint dept, which mysteriously used to change every time. But to no vail, and now no ones picking up the call on their helpline for assistance call 022-39816669
