hi I am shivraj sharma from faridabad i have booked a plot in bhiwadi project and i received cheque for refund money two cheque of 50000 m/o Nov But no cheque could get cleared because of insufficiency of funds in their account.

These people are not even responding to my calls and their seems no intention on their part to refund my money

Please help me to get my money back
