I had booked a flat in one of its proposed project in parel in Sept 2008. I had given 5L as EMD for booking.When I saw nothing is happening, I told them to return my money. So they asked me to give application for cancellation of booking. I gave the application but I still not receive my booking refund as of Apr2011.Please give some advise on the same.Regards,Amit
