i kiran yeole gaurentor to dr. manu o. sharma for machinari loan in bank of india. one and half year manu sharma not paid loan instolment so bank call me so at that time iwill meet and tell to attach dr. flat or machinari bank does not taken any action to recovery of loan amt. then 8to10 monhth letter bank maneger smt. sabnis take machinari possesion without panchnama and sell machinari . and case file againt me vasai court for recovrey of loan amt.
