BSNL Complaints - Bill Amount Paid But included in Current Bills Again

Respect Sir, Our Landline No. is 01636-280319 & we have paid our bill of Dated 06-10-2011 on 21-10-2011 from Bagha Purana Exchange but there was a problem in printing computer generated invoice but the person concerned at there gave us computer generated invoice ( No. FZP9000422101100020 ) and Provisional Recipt ( S. No. 1079) against the receipt of amount Rs. 280 But sir after that we receive four bill and surprisingly every time tha bill was included amount of this bill also and every time we have to go to the nearest office of BSNL ( Bhagha Purana, 10KMs) to rectify it and every time we submit a complaint against it but still no correcting steps are taken by the concerned department and this time again it happens and they cut our phone also
