Hi, I did flat renovation contract with one private contractor where both parties signed the contract. the contract is on normal A4 size paper (not stamp paper). Now the contractor is not finishing the work & not refunding the money back. what legal options i have in this case?

I regular taking sugarfree tab of zydus wellness brand recently purchese a pkt taba and found total tab are fungus that why container batch n o wsmo756 mnf-05/12 Exp+04/15 but shop keper refused to replcement said company respomsiable so in that case who help us to take imitatove to solve the problme.
