Sir during 2010 as per telephonic advice of TATA AIG I took personal Insurance policy. This policy amount they have debited thorugh SBI Credit card, since there is mis understanding of policy i requested for cancellation of the said policy. They have cancelled the policy but remitted only 50% of policy amount to SBI card stating that there is a time lapse from my end for cancellation of policy. SBI debited the policy amount without consiting me for the policy. Regarding this i have wrote both SBI card department and TATA AIG during 3rd December 2010 to reconsider and refund full amount to SBI Card. They have not done and SBI Card department continiously asking through phone to pay the due amount Rs. 2087/- Is am liable to pay the amount. Kindly advice on this issue. Hi, I did flat renovation contract with one private contractor where both parties signed the contract. the contract is on normal A4 size paper (not stamp paper). Now the contractor is not finishing the work & not refunding the money back. what legal options i have in this case?
