Idea Complaints - Activate services on own and deduction of money(IDEA), Idea cellular Ltd

I have been using idea for long, they always activate some service on their own, from past 4 months i have been calling them to de-activate 1 idea service with the name of “HN LOVE ALERTS” ,i always call them every month to de-activate, when i call they always say why you want to de-activate this servive,it is very good and i always request them i dont ned it,dont you get this.. then they your service would be de-activated in 24 hrs and you will get a request number but every month they deduct my money,today again i have caaled them and this is the 5th month that i am doing the same thing,i got the same reply, but no de-activation message i have recieved yet.
Please look forward to the matter as i feel helpless because “IDEA” customer people never listen.
