I find it funny reading all these complaints about window world of boston they advertise the lowest prices in the industry this is what you get. Drafty windows no service and so on. I had 2 friends of mine that worked for window world of boston they would joke and laugh about how bad there installers were they are known to pay thier installers the lowest pay these are subs that can get work anywhere else. If you are not ready to pay 1500.00 per window regardless of large, small, or otherwise... and if you are not willing to spend 2 hours of your time getting very high pressure sales to make a deicision that night only, with no thinking about it, then it might be ok with you. otherwise, stay away.

I had booked an order for 2 Fenesta Upvc windows from Elegant Window Systems, Bangalore in first half of December, 2010. 100% payment was made, which happens to be more than 40K. A week after Fenesta representative came and took the measurements and promised that order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks i.e. by mid of January, 2011. The service at Fenesta is absolutely the pits. Even to place an order on Fenesta, the customer is made to feel that Fenesta is doing him a favor. Then Fenesta does not adhere to delivery schedule/ dates committed. Except for the fact that look and quality of windows/ shutters supplied is normal, Fenesta would be the last vendor that I would like to deal with.
