I have been shopping the Norm Thompson catalog for many years. Imagine my shock to find that my husband been scammed into unknowingly subscribing to "Norm Thompson Rewards" for $14.95 a month on his Visa card after buying me a new robe for Christmas. He has been charged the last three months and knows nothing about why. Here is a transcript of my conversation online with customer service today. i have anxiety, so Ive been shopping online at asda for over a year now... they used to always miss parts of my order... after about 2 months of having to ring up every week they finally seem to have it sorted...but they seem to send me veg/potatoes etc, that go out of date on the day they're being delivered! and they are being delivered at night... its common sense if I've ordered a big bag of potatoes, or a few packs of veg, delivered at night time, i will want it to last at least a few...

I bought an R11 driver from this site, I asked them if these clubs were Genuine Taylor Made and they said yes. I orderd the club & recived it in about two weeks. I took the club out of the box & tryed to adjust the angle plate on the bottom of the club & it broke. I took it Tayler Made & they said it was a Fake & they been trying to shut down these co. But they just change the name. Taylor Made told me that any clubs that come from China are Fake all Taylor Made clubs are made in the US. I...

I placed an order with this site in August of 2011. By October, I had not received my order and I was told I could cancel it, which I did. They had already charged my card. They told me I would get a refund. I kept e-mailing them and have never gotten a refund and they have not replied to me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they did not respond to them. The BBB sent them another letter and they still didn't respond. I'm not sure what my options are now.

I placed an order 1/19/12, and today is 2/3/12. This retailer is not communicating with me about my order at all. I called the customer service number several times and every single time I would get a voice message that said that they would call me back at the end of the business day. SO FAR THE "BIGGEST SCAM" I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE.. they charge u a feed to be a "FIRST ROW" customer so u can have access to the sales 1 hour earlier than other people, well happens that as soon as the sale start the website dropdown and send u an error saying that the website is busy, try again later, meanwhile that item u have been waiting on is gone because they overload the site with customers their network can't handle, over 4 millions to be exactly, but theres no such capacity for that...
