I purchased a semi-automatic washing machine Whirlpool Model superwash spin601, Model 12303, Sr.No.CND 10 25 06530 manufactured on 16.6.10 from M/s. Vijay Sales, Khargar, Navi Mumbai on 16.08.2010. The machine went out of order in April 2011. The Motor of the Spinner was replaced, after 10 days the machine again went on breakdown. This time, the wash tub motor was replaced. Sir, I have a LG washing machine.Last month thier was a water leakage from machine.My wife had lodge a complain in local office. LG technician had attented the complain and suggeated to change the pipe. Next time he had came with pipe after that he told that your dry motor is not working and you have to change,my wife told him ok. Again he came and told your PCB is dead.He has changed nothing but every time he is telling different reasons. I had only problem of water leakage,now...

We have owned IFB Washing machines for a very long time. We currenty own our second IFB Front Loading Washing Machine. We have a currently running AMC for the same and lodged a complaint for malfunction on 18/09/2011. They prompty sent their service person and diagnosed the drum as a problem and indicated that it had to be replaced. Since the drum was covered by the AMC, they had to replace it free of cost. Now, it is 11 days since the complaint was lodged and we have still not received...

I own a 7 Kg digital woashing machine from IFB and have a service contract signed with them for 2 years. While I have regiseted a service case with IFB care for machine not working , 3 attempts by the Sr. Service Engineer have falied to make it working . its more than 2 weeks now and the machine is not repaired yet. The response from the Service center in Thane has been pathetic and unless we call them, they are not concerned to reply.

We have an IFB washing machine. The product is excellent but the service is of very poor standards. We had a problem with the machine 8 months back, the machine was making a lot of noise in the spinning mode. After 3 persistent days a service executive came home and claimed that the bearings have gone bad and replaced it for which i paid Rs.1480(bearing cost - 800, service charge - 680).
