Hello sir/Madam, I am cheated by a company name called Brand Magic Solution the Sister company of the SSR Communication pvt. ltd noida India. For my balance my salary. I was the employee of this company before 8th months and they didn’t give me my balance salary when i called them for my balance salary they gave me time on and on and right now I am calling them they are not picking my phone.

BMS (Brand Maigc Solutions) is the sister company of SSR Communication pvt Ltd. Brand Magic Solutions (BMS) is a Noida Base fraud company bcz the director of this company VP and HR also they recruit the employee but they don’t give the salary on time. I had resigned from "Spanco Bpo Services Limited" on 30th Oct '11 and was told that I shall receive my salary in 45 days time. I've been following up with Mr. Khem in finance and he's been giving me work arounds since long. It's been more that 150 Days (5 Months) and on my discussion with Mr. Khem, I get to hear that he's still not sure if he can do any good about this.

I worked for them as a self employed, I always had to nag them to pay me for the work I had done for them and always had to wait a few weeks for the transfer, not to mention my time I spent on emails and and fortune on endless international calls to them. With time they started to cut my salaries down so I ended up loosing more money than I was actually earning. So when I was totally fed up with them and informed them about leaving them they never paid me the rest of the money they owed me!!!...

Dear Team, I am Shiv Raj Sharma i joined Trustline at Gurgaon DLF ph.-1 Branch from 20/12/2011. and i am working from last two month and still didn't get my Emp.code, and my salary when i ask for that they are making excuse for tomorrow and now the Branch manager is saying when ur client deposit the fund of 5 lac rupees then i will give u Salary.. eXamoney is an ad posting company/website. Launched on 4 June 2011, Operates from Rawalpindi Pakistan but hosted from Uk. Its a totally fraud and Scam Company. My some friends purchased accounts for ad posting but Scamed. First two month they were paid a little. eXamoney creats different problems, changes again and again its policy that no one can post ads. sir,i am nisha and i was working in agnite education limited,teledata informatics.i got terminated from office by the office people saying some miscellaneous reasons on OCT11.(the reasons were, browsing on net) which every one does.i had been asking for my salary for SEP 01 till OCT11 ,for nearly two months.. they are giving lot of reasons for releasing my salary.please do solve my query.

Aqua Logistics Ltd. The management is not paying salaries of current as well as past employees have not got dues, mentioning that they dont have money to pay.however they have posted false profits of INR 6 crores for Sept 2011 quarter. Hence kindly be cautios while entring such fraudulent firms which SEBI is not bothered. Also the management is noy interested in running the business of logistics.
