ON 02/03/2013 WE PURCHASED NEW REFRIGERATOR IN AL-BAHA TRADING & CONTRACTING COMPANY, ALKHOBAR SHOW ROOM-2.i went show room on 07/03/2013 evening and informed the sales personal but still they are not taking necessary action. we purchased brand new refrigerator i need replacement.we never used a single day.

Air Force School Rajokri New Delhi - 38 purchased a refrigerator of REF FFMM F-26DLX (TTT) 13626 on 13 Jul 12 through Canteen Stores Depot. When the item was delivered it was found with a dent at bottom. The service engineer asked for a duplicate bill which he was given. He replied that the item will be replaced in another 15 days time.

DIFFERENT MODEL DELIVERED I HAVE PURCHASED 2 WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR THROUGH KETAN ENTERPRISE. FOR THIS ITEMS, I WAS PAY RS. 34000 BY CASH. BUT WHILE DELIVERED AT HOME I SAW A DIFFERENT MODEL FROM WHICH I SAW AT SHOWROOM. THEN I TOLD MR. KETAN (OWNER OF KETAN ENTERPRISE) NEXT DAY. HE WAS CONVINCED FOR THE SAME, BUT TILL DATE NO ANY RESPONSE & REPLY BY BY KETAN ENTERPRISE.

freezer door not working properly I purchased GODREJ FRIDGE 180 litres model edge [direct cool]inoct2009 with 4years gurantee[additional charge of rs.2550] Right from day one the freezer door is not funtioning properly.several complaints to them have proved futile. will the authorities rectify permanantly????????????????????????????????????????????????

door handle broken The door handle of my LG refrigerator came off even though it is just 4 years old.I complained to the agency Aarvee Electronics at Lajpat Nagar,some mechanic came and gave me the assessment but never turned up after that.Though I complained repeatedly to the dealer nothing has happened even though it is over two months.For the harassment the needful should be done imm and free of cost.

cooling problem i have purchased godrej refrigerator model no gdp195 metalic on 2 feburary 2009 its cooling system dont work at all. Poor Services of Whirlpool agency. I Alok Tripathi has purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator on dated 16.04.10(which is is in warranty period) But on dated 07.01.2011 refrigerator suddenly blast and got ignited, and whole room burns out. high service charges and delay in providing services My refrigerator compressor was under warranty but then even I was charged for filling the gas in the new changed compressor. The charges were Rs.1070 for that. As well as I was charged rs. 200 for the tray which was again very high. More over there was a delay in Service. I had to keep calling the service man to come on the given time.
