Panchsheel Builder is going to cancel my flat in Noida extension project, which I have booked on March 2011. and they are demanding the amount with zero period interest rate. Please do not ever deal with the company called Axiom Estates ever in your life. I have had a terrible experience buying a plot through them and the plot never was registered inspite of paying them the entire amount along with the paper work.
