My husband worked in Mascon Global more than 5 years. I was relieved on Dec , 2010 . The HR person said that my settlement will be made in the following paycycle. But this has not happened even after 1 year 6 months . Numerous phone calls and registered letters brooked no response from the management. Recently I sent a legal notice. They have still kept mum. I would like to go ahead and file a lawsuit against them. There are many cases similar him.Please let me know how we can

Hi this is Mukinthan, who joined the company cegonsoft pvt ltd on 4th August 2010 as business development in their jayanagar, Bangalore branch. Because the way how they treat the employees I have decided to quit the company on 1st April 2011, even the company has accepted my resignation and relieved me from their roles.
