I wrote online to makemytrip.com in July 2011, to cancel my unused portion of ticket,and I am still waiting for my refund which was promised to me by various customer care reps I spoke to. They got the catalogue ready for the advertisement and then I did the final check (in 2-3 months). But today, when I did Google Search for ‘auto spares’, I found other firms but phone number is that of our office (0161-2421822). This is complaint about colouropus and ken business solutions.This is a software company in mumbai. our live website www.the-e.in is stopped by them. We have to answer 1500 customers as a result of this. We have paid them all the money and we have bill and other documents as a proof againsts them.
