I am using airtel connection more than 6 years, since past 3 years i see airtel cheats everyone in india. In such a way they use marketing tactics get customer and cheat them. I am using a Airtel prepaid, i want to get a complete list of phone numbers (Both incoming and outgoing) list for last one month. Is it possible to get something like this from the Mobile service provider ? Do they provide it on request ? Anybody have any idea ?

i got a call on my no. from the idea customer care in regard to convert my prepaid no.(9990832936) to postpaid on 3-1-09 and on the same day an executive had arrived to my office and collect rs.500 with two photos, xerox of my prepaid sim from me on the same day and give me a reciept.of Shaiv Bpo Services but after two days i received a another call from them that i have to submit my id proof and they were asked me to mail my id proof to them so i also mail them my id proof on the same day...

I have an IDEA Cellular connection since last 5 yrs. But i always faced many problems while trying to approach the customer care department. Since last few months network conjunction problem occurs everyday in evening timings, but the biggest problem is to dial the customer care number. It is like a JACKPOT if they received your call. I recently got a Prepaid connection from Idea Cellular. I charged my account on Idea web site. I got the confirmation that through SMS and on Website itself that my transaction was successful. Still no money is being credited to my account. When i tried to call at Idea Customer communication, first of all i was not able to get connected to them for a long long time. Idea cellular is a unreliable, cheaters, irresponsible, unworthy and greedy. Don't take Idea setter. I have a Idea net setter which i purchased of 3000 few months back and for last month when i used only 550 mb they are charging for 1.3 gb which is a crap, i came to 550 mb figure from the their data card but they are not ready to agree.They have tortured me and i am going sue them.

I was having Rs.31 in my mobile on 13th June, and in the evening it reduced to Rs.16. Also on 14th June i recharged my number with Rs.50 recharge coupon after which balance was Rs.56 (Around Rs.16 was the previous balance). But again in the late evening it reduced to Rs.15.
