Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a Dell Mobile XCD 35 on 10-June-2011. In April 2012 its display got problems for which i took the Mobile to Dell Service Center in Sector 18, Noida for repair. Sine the handset was in Waranty period, the attending person there, Mr Jugnu Chauhan, took the mobile from me saying that the set would be replaced and it would take around 30 days for the same. I bought a blackberry storm in june 2012 from their online shopping portal, the handset was faulty, I repeatedly sent them emails as well as phone calls to their complaint dept, which mysteriously used to change every time. But to no vail, and now no ones picking up the call on their helpline for assistance call 022-39816669 (10.00 am to 6.30 pm monday-saturday) 022 - 39816669 . I am planning to drag them to the consumer court, for giving faulty handset, and providing replacement..
