Hi, I am a journalist. I had freelanced for Perfect Woman Magazine, Mumbai. The story was assigned on 8 November 2011 and I had submitted the same on 11 November 2011. Till date - 27 February 2012 neither have they informed me about whether they have used the story or not, nor have they paid me. I have been in touch with them regularly through emails and chat but they haven't responded and refuse to disclose their office address. sir i have buy mobile(used) from ebay. the seller name is juned merchart, sir first complaint is he give me the 1gb card free. that she not give me, then second is the batttery of the phone is 1st day of phone not working good, and the third is after 2 weeks of phone the display of a phone is cannot working. plese give me suggestion what can i do against him.

We got one pamplet in loksatta paper advertising one scheme about the newspaer. It was said that lokasatta+indian express will get in rs.999/- For a year. Cheque no., Cheque details were asked on that particular form. I submitted the cheque no.787805,sbi bank charkop branch dated 27th april 2011 to my local dealer. Till today I have not received any coupon. Local newspaer has no word to say about this incident.
