I've availed one Housing Loan Rs.12,62,064/- for purchasing one allotted DDA Flat on 16/3/2010 under Floating Interest @8.5% p.a, but to my utter surprise within the span of 2-years Reliance Home Finance have increased my interest rate at a tune of 13.25% as on date, which seems to be quite abnormal as well unethical, in comparison to the other Financial institutions floating interest rates of the same period is upto 10.5% maximum.
