I was working with the property for 7months i had to resign on emergency due to some personel issue , my resignation letter was accepted and also my clearence was done ,i had resigned in the month of October 2010 but i havent still got my salary and paid leave money yet i have been following with all possible mangers but i havent been satisfied with their response please advise what case should i lodge against the organization In: Law & Civil Rights India

We have WagonR - AP28 9819, While we are coming from a villlage, we are coming slowly as the road was not good. The Circle Inspector car came from back and hit our car. My car is spolied a lot. Inspite of hitting my car, he is demanding Rs.5000, from us. This is how the law is in India. Government is full of bribes.

It is with tremendous regret I have to inform you that despite couriering my PF documents to your office about an year back,Tthe DWARKA EPFO office could not give me the status. More alarmingly, after that ,despite placing my PF form fully filled with all the documents, by physically going to your Dwarka office in April in person &( the office provided a Hindi inland card with my PF Account no. as a proof of receipt),I am yet to get the disbursal from EPFO. I HAD SUBMITTED FOR A CLAIM IN THE MONTH OF FEB 2011, TILL NOW THEIR IS NO STATUS FOUND FOR MY CLAIM REQUEST. I HAD BEEN TO Regional Office ,#13, 'Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road',Bangalore-560025. FOR AROUND 30 TIMES , EVERY TIME THEY GIVE A REASON AS DATA MIGRATION. I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY GENERAL PUBLIC LIKE ME HAS TO BE IN PROBLEM JUST FOR THE SAKE OF DATA MIGRATION IN EPFO. THE RESPONSIBLE PERSONS IN EPFO HAS TO BE FIRED AS THEY ARE MAKING THE PUBLIC SUFFER BY NOT RELEASING THE CLAIMS....

Regarding Experience Letter & PF I was given my resignation on 08/09/2009 from PCS Technology Ltd. But till the time i have not recevied my experience letter and PF also. So many times i have communicate on mail and on phone with PCS Management but there is no single reply on that. Kindly help me out on this matter.
