I purchased Compaq 610 about 14 months back. It is the worst laptop as the Power connector comes off the laptop whenever i move my laotop. I complained in warranty period to HP but they did not solve this problem. Never buy Compaq laptops or HP laptops

I have called dell customer support toll free nos # 1800 425 4026 and confirmed from Ms. Sumbul (executive) for warranty available as per international terms of dell (case # 5834208). Inspite of that dell technical support is denying warranty and asking a whole lot of questions not relating to support warranty. Technical support executive Mr. Sanjeev and his manager Mr. Sanjeev are not even able to provide the complain nos of any email id where i can make a complain.
