I bought plot at aero royal, Aishwarya Homes in 2007 and also got registration done but Since then, I am waiting for release paper from BIAPPA approval. They espcially Raja keep saying after 2 months, we will get release paper. but 2 months had become 4 years. I wonder when will we get release paper, BIAPPA approval for our plot? We went to BIAPPA office but they refuse to talk anything but want to talk with only developer. When we asked aishwaraya homes, they told the same reason...

Post a Similar Complaint! sir we had paid the money upfront for the purchase of the plot in one of the ventures of Suchir India developers on Vijayawada Highway after Ramoji film city,and till now the registration is not done its been more than 3 yrs, repeated visits to office and false promises and assurances have drained out our patience and lost the faith and goodwill which we had prior to becoming the customers Pls advice Thks&Rgds Ashish Vatsa

Sarala RealCON fraud company. Plz, stay away from this company. They will show you sketch which is very good for you but after paying money they ll show you another sketch which ll nt match with the previous one.plz plz stay away from their trap.check d EC before buying the plot.

There are 08 bldg,all building maintaing the same jersy of a team but only one bldg no 5 of 4th floor is changed one part of the floor ( nort ,south,east)is not maintaing a flat owner change the outer uniform (Remove the grill & fix the glass window etc)of the building and promoter is also helped for that.Plz suggest us what we complex owner should do now?

Sir plz look in this matter its school belong to 6 brothers but forcefully by Ajit singh & Gopal they hold all land forcefully plz look in this matter we cant afford court expense plz this is our last hope for justice sir we are poor pepole plz return or get some money for that land . plz call every people which is owner of that land and ask personaly sir we are greatfull to you.
