It was on the 21st of AUGUST, 2012, that I had submitted my claim for the bill of the hospital -- West Side Hospital,Mattancherry,Cochin --2 I had submitted at the Ernakulam Office of M/s Health India TPA Services PVT lTD... Name of the Insured is Kunjumol Mampilli from Fort Cochin... The intimation letter number being --8891217159... dated 21st of August, 12. The claim has been rejected just for no reason

Dear Sir, I have taken PLI policy no GJ 7B way back on 05.12.84. I have been paying premium regualrly on this policy. Subsequently I had availed loan of Rs 26400/- against my PLI policy . The rate of interest is 10% p.a simple and compounding half yearly. As per the loan pass book issued to me (Ln a/c no GU 79593) I am required to pay first half yearly interest Rs 1320/- before 21.10.04 and IInd half yly interest Rs 1320/- before 21.04.2005. Dear Sir, I have insurance of Oriental Insurance, 2 months before I claimed insurance and it was passed by Orietal representative. I contacted the customer care, he said your check has been released on 4th of July 2011 and he suggest to conatact Gurgaon Branch office, I visited branch but they did not give any satisfactory replies. They give a number (011-23714580) for further contact but it never reachable. She also gives a mail ID mpverma@orientalinsurance.co.in but he is not replying....

I WAS RECRUITED ON MONSTER.COM FOR A JOB SELLING INVESTMENT VEHICLES TO POSTAL WORKERS. FEDERAL EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SERVICES OUT OF STERLING HEIGHTS MICHIGAN. THE COPMPANY SENDS A QUESTIONNAIRE TO THESE POSTAL WORKERS THAT APPEARS TO BE FROM THE GOVERNMENT BUT IN THE SMALL PRINT ON THE BOTTON IT SAYS "not afflidated with any federal agency".
