I had booked a villa in M-Tech Camelia Gardens, Bhiwadi in Feb 2006. After collecting two installments the builders became unreachable. All contact numbers that were provided by the builders are unreachable. Kindly advise / assist me for recovery of my money. Thanks & Best regards.

We reside at mylapore chennai. a construction work in progress for more than 8 months which cause so much noise and pollution to our building and our neighborhood.The owner is single constructing 3 storied building. Which i don't think he got approval legally. Still we are facing the problem in our side. We had been scolding the workers not to make such noise after dark. even after so much they are doing the same thing. What shall we do now?
