I booked a flat No. 1012 (area 1060 sq.ft) in “Impression 58” apartment located at Raj Nagar Extension, NH-58. The 95% of the payment have also been made (with around 80% loan from HDFC Bank). As per the lay out plan shown to me and builder buyer agreement, apart from the other accommodations, the flat has three balconies (one each with bedrooms and drawing room). 2. I had booked a flat in one of its proposed project in parel in Sept 2008. I had given 5L as EMD for booking.When I saw nothing is happening, I told them to return my money. So they asked me to give application for cancellation of booking. Just want to highlight the fact that Krisvi builders are most untrustworthy and highly unprofressional builders. They dont listen to cousomers at all. They do all agreement and documentation at their own terms and later use the these documents to cheat you more. They charge you interest even for 4 days delay in payments. they give only 10 days to pay the amount from demand note date. Demand note itself takes 3-4 days to reach to your house and then banks take ~2 weeks to disburse. They also...

Dont beleive on Squarefoot Properties. They have taken 15% amount for the property called \"Akshay Residency\" that is niether his property nor this is belong to another party. They shown the wrong document and taken money for agreement. They have not refunded money after 6 months also. Every day they say today they will send someone to my home or sending by registered post. But they not give at all.
