i have booked a res. flat in golmohar tower, chiranjeev vihar, ghaziabad and already paid 95% amount in july 2009. the due date of possession was jun 2010, but oct. 2010 have been passed. the builder has not completed the construction work till date i.e. 24.11.2010.

Siddha Pines HIG flat qualities not looking good at all. In bathrooms pipes from upper flat are visible in the below flat. It is not concealed which is the case for most of the other developers. Even in the kitchen also black pipe is visible in roof area. Is Siddha group going to make false ceiling for this? This is not at all standard for HIG flat I feel.
