My boyfriend had gotten me a $200 gift card for H&M for my birthday, knowing it was my favourite store and that I usually spend $150 every two weeks there. I have four different orders that were placed back on July 16 and have never shipped. The promised shipping was 7 to 14 days. Zulily is notorious for long long shipping times. The also will not contact you when an order does not ship on time. You have to keep track of what your orders were, and constantly email them before you will get a response. I had to send three emails about one order before I finally got a response. The responses are all generic, and always say the same thing basically....

I decided to give beyond the rack a chance bc there was something I’ve been wanting for a while and I found it at beyond the rack. To my surprise when I got it I realized it was damaged and looked used. Ordered safety boots on next day delivery. Bank account charged immediately. Chased up twice and eventually cancelled after they failed to arrive. They actually arrived 11 days after they were ordered, despite the cancellation. I was forced to return them recorded delivery for a refund and 3 weeks on I haven't received it. The worse thing about this company, even over and above their ineptitude, is the "customer service" guys attitude. He is extremely rude and will not let you get a word...
