I recently booked a vacation thru Hotwire. I booked hotel, flight & car oh so I thought. Hotwire gave me the impression my car was included in my package and when I got to my destination & tried to pick up the car I found out my car was never included. So basically I only booked hotel & flight for a price that I would have never paid had I known the car was not included.
