Sir I want to highlight the matter with you. Panchsheel Builder is going to cancel my flat in Noida extension project, which I have booked on March 2011. and they are demanding the amount with zero period interest rate. Even I had a discussion with Sales GM of panchsheel group and they told this project is not bankable and we need to pay amount with our own pocket. Please do not ever deal with the company called Axiom Estates ever in your life. I have had a terrible experience buying a plot through them and the plot never was registered inspite of paying them the entire amount along with the paper work. It has been 6 years since this has happend and the company has not taken any action inspite of repeated calls.
